My heartiest congratulations

I am really proud of my students who have participated in TGMC (2011) -a pioneering contest .It is a National Level Project Contest, IBM conducts the contest every year.  This year our students eagerly participated in this contest. I am also really feeling excited for being a part of this contest as a mentor. My team (RataTouille) members are Vignesh.T N, Tony Ignatius.A, Naveen Rajan.M doing Final year B.Tech (C.S) in Bharathidhasan University , Trichy. They selected E-Framing as their project and really worked hard to get better output. And they motivated their juniors to participate in the contest. Really it is a great quality of a student and it also encourages healthy competition that can boost productivity. The contest has ended on 7^th April 2012. Now our project is listed in Top 50 after first round result. It is a great achievement for our team. I am really pleased to congratulate them on this happy occasion and looking forward to the top 3!

REQUIREMENT DETAILS

Position: IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate

• Provide Technical solutions to the external customers.
• Provide Technical solutions to the external customers
• Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
• Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
• Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting
• Browser Support - Internet Explorer
• Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
• User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.
• Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.

**This role is NOT into BPO domain.
